Amazing that the liberals say firearms are not good for Canadians to own but they are good for Ukrainians to own .

My guns, which have never killed or hurt anyone, are seized in the name of "safety" and turned over to people who will kill people with them.....

Makes perfect sense if you are a retarded liberal.

Canada needs a purge. Any country who observes a Remembrance DAY, but celebrates a Pride or Black History MONTH has serious issues.

Gamil Garbi, whos father was an abusive Algerian Muslim, kills women at a Quebec school, and hunters and shooters pay the price for it......

The confusing part is how anyone with a double digit or better IQ could vote for these clowns……

See I had no idea until now. I thought the shooter was as white and Canadian as as French catholic could be. Haha everyday my trust in federal government and their minions just gets worse and worse.
I'm going to start a thread in general discussion about what they are doing to senior recreational centers now.

Default Not trying to start trouble, just info.

I just read the list of guns that are now banned, and I'm not an expert by any means but I didn't recognize any of them.

If its not going to start trouble can you give a little info. E.G. are any shotguns? Are they all semi or fully outo guns. All full bore?

Thx

If you start at the top of the list and enter each one into the google search engine , it will likely give you an explanation and history of each firearm. Good way to pass the time on a cold winters night.

In case you actually believed that the recent bans include any assault weapons, full auto firearms have been prohibited in Canada for decades.

A lot of .22 rimfires, some "high" cap mags that may fit in non-band (YET) rifles. This is only the start 2000 total today, all next week or the next. This has been going on for 40 years, it never ends, when the Liberal /NDP feel power slipping away.

Default "Power slipping away"

Excellent point! to whom are they trying to appeal? Are there ridings out there that are "in play" , I would guess in Quebec that they think that they can win with these bans?

We live in a huge country and it gets weirder and weirder as time goes on.

the narrative of giving these rifles to Ukraine is meant to be proof that these rifles are ready for the battlefield. they are not, they are assault style firearms, which means they share some features with an assault rifle but would be a poor choice for battlefield conditions. as a matter of fact, putting these guns into the hands of frontline troops would result in a wide range of firearm malfunctions and failures. these guns are good enough to protect livestock or life and property if regularly serviced and lubricated, something that doesn't happen in a trench or bomb crater. this is nothing more than clever but misleading information for the next upcoming election.

They aren’t even “assault style” they are modern sporting rifles. Which means they are good for target shooting, hunting, predator control and numerous other sporting activities.

Try to give a “race style” Honda Civic with a spoiler and a louder muffler to race car driver for their next race. That would have about the same effect.

Exactly! You can paint/dress up a Mustang or Camaro to look like a Nascar racer, but it is still just a regular consumer vehicle, that would fail miserably in Nascar.
