Dams bring many more outdoor opportunities in the SE Don, just saying. If it was not for irrigation our sporting endeavors would be much, much less. We are pretty close to desert.

And it’s past time the people of Alberta recognized the fact they are just about a desert.
Pouring money down a hole does make it wet.
How much land is destroyed each year due to salinization?
