I'm starting to believe the Ice Age is returning.

I've got 4 ft banks of snow on both sides of my driveway from shovelling in NE Calgary. 26 x 28. It was many years ago when had that much. By the time the snow melts in my front it will be summer. A ft. and a 1/2 on my boat cover. Good thing it's in the backyard facing south. Pretty sure we are not done with the snow yet. Worst part is it will be much wetter and heavier when it comes.
I'm still convinced the earth has shifted on its axis. There is snow in places that would really should not happen there. Global warming? Maybe not in my neck of the longitude or latitude. Our minus temps in the winter seem to outweigh the + temps of so called Alberta summer.

What ever happened to our + double digit Chinooks? Guess they went to other global places.......

We have maybe a foot of snow and one of the warmest winters yet here. Maybe global warming is finally paying off. It was supposed to be brutally cold with tons of snow forecasted here so as per usual they were wrong. Central sask here.

Glad it is paying off for you. Wish it was here, but no luck.

I’ve now heard it will be late and now on time. Spring will come when it comes. People are as intelligent as a bag of rocks when it comes to remembering weather from one year to the next. You want to know about spring year to year? Talk to a bear hunter. You want to know about fall? Talk to a hunter. We remember because it matters to us. The rest of the world can’t remember what the weather was like last week.
