Default Scope ring height
I just got Sako 85 in 7mm rem mag and a Swarovski z3 scope. I can't figure out what ring height I need ?

I have the same rifle and same scope. Low Optilocks are what I'm using. 3/16" between barrel and bell.

Do you know if the optilock ringmount low will work?
I would like to get the optilock part number S1701900 but not sure that it will work.

You need opti lock bases and rings , go with low or extra low. I just mounted a scope on my sako 85 . 42mm swaro , used extra low and still could have dropped lower by a 1/4" .
Tally rings might be better .
