Is it just me or does it seem there are way more people bow hunting this year then ever before?

i have actually seeing very few hunters.
what i have seen is a few dads and young sons and daughters out, which is really nice to see!!

Not just archery, hunting in general has exploded in the past 15 years. Its the cool thing to do these days as everybody wants to be that fella on all those horrible hunting shows on TV. Lots have not grown up with it, made it a lifestyle,, it's the flavor of the month or decade.... drives me crazy,,,, but,, it is , what it is.... good luck everybody....

Everyone has a different story to some extent which has led them into venturing the lifestyle of hunting. It’ll stick for some and some it won’t. Regardless, I can’t see how it would be a negative thing in terms of support for our way of life. Social media... now that on the other hand is a dangerous void.

Actually it’s been a downward trend for the past 5 years.

There was more bowhunting permits sold this year than I believe have ever been sold... also black bear tags were up and supplemental black bear tags were up too.

It would vary depending where you are, but in my area there is more bow hunters than before and more gun hunters too. A lot more

Come to think about it, I think you’re right. I noticed a lot of hunters out last weekend by my cabin but 20 miles away where I hunt I hardly seen anyone.

I am out hunting more this year because I'm out of work. Perhaps there are others in the same boat.
