Varget available, maybe
So I've found some jugs of Varget, but they are not cheap. 8 pounds jugs for 320 bucks. I might buy one to keep, was going to buy two until I found out the price. Judy figured I'd ask if any other Calgary guys wanted some too? I don't mind splitting up a jug, but you need your own container. I'm not looking to make money, just wanted to help spread some Varget love around Calgary. If I get four or five jugs maybe the price comes down a bit, but I doubt it. If anyone wants in, it will be whatever I pay plus a portion of shipping.
Mods, if this us not allowed, please delete this and forgive me. As I said, mot trying to make money, I'll even show any one a copy of the invoice to show I'll not making anything.

Wow that's a lot cheaper than a recent ad in the buy sell forum.
Still a bit over priced even at $40/lb, but I guess if you are starving you'll foot the bill.

Last night I saw on Cabela's website that they were showing some in stock - in the 37 to 40 dollar range. They have quite a few in stock right now on-line though no Retumbo and no eight pounders of Varget (singles). You can order for in store pick up at no additional cost.

ouch, last Varget I saw was only 140$/keg. Granted that was in Missoula but still there shouldn't be THAT much of a price difference!

Got a couple 8 pounders two months ago for $240 and change each. If you order ahead of time it's not hard to get. It's the people who let their supply run out then need it immediately who turn to the scalpers in a panic and then they get hosed. People should be ordering it now, it might take a couple or three months but at least you get it at a fair price.

I've got over a grand tied up in a pre buy and it's been months, like, five months, with no end in sight
