Default Boyds Stocks?

My daughters' are expressing interest in big game hunting(they are both very good with my .22lr and my .17hmr) and until they are really committed to it I am interested in restocking my 25-06rem. For under $150 I can order a stock out of the states with a shorter length of pull and a bit more weight than the composite stock currently on the rifle. The Boyd's website states that they will ship to Canada as long as the price doesn't exceed $500 before an export license is required and no AR parts are allowed at all. I was under the impression that gun parts are not allowed across the border. My question is; does anyone have experience ordering stocks from Boyds out of the states? Beautiful looking stocks, the prairie hunter in walnut would really dress up my 25-06. For a very reasonable price to.

Yes no problem. I have ordered 5. Usually takes about 10 days.

I've had a few come and gone through here. Never a problem, always happy with the product. They even shipped me a free one once because they recognized having messed up an order. No complains and nothing but praise.

Love mine! Great stock, especially for the price you pay.

Thanks for the all the replies, and not a single bad experience. Well it looks like I'm not going to be using my 25-06 for the 2015 season, or maybe I'll be able to fit it with a limbsaver with a little extra foam so it fits me as well. Both of them have been along on a few shorter hunts and have been hunting grouse for a couple of years. I'm looking forward to hunting bigger game with them. Deer for starters and maybe youth elk. They'll go for their CORE next spring as well.
