Default Camping BC

A few friends and I are planing a camping trip in July @ Quinn Creek Campground, Parson, BC. I wanted to know if anyone was familiar with the area and if so is there any good fishing near the grounds? A name of a pond, River, or lake will do I can find any other info I might need on the body of water (unless you have any secret spots there )

Mitten, ninebay, mcclain lakes plus afew others are all within an hr of there may not be that great of fishing at that time of year, but if you dont try you never know. More lakes south of there.

Default Back Road Map Books

Unfortunately I'm not terribly familiar with the area but know there is some great streams fishing there. I'm more familiar with the West Kootenays.

Buy this book. It will tell you which waters hold what fish and what size. You should be able to get it at Can Tire. Everybody exploring new areas should have a copy.
