If you decide to buy, here they are at a really good price

Edit, I was in on Monday and they had 27 sets of these, I see its now at 12. So, Im going to grad a set sooner than later, I think.
We are selling these at nearly 25% below normal dealer cost. So, to be selling at half of our sale price, almost certainly something fishy. Best case would be that it is legit but they would have no warranty in Canada as they wouldn't have come from Gentec.

With those cheap scams on amazon if you get scammed amazon bails you out. Also maybe try reporting them to amazon to have the ads removed...

Default New binoculars.

I had a pair of Swarovski binos and switched to a set of Vortex UHD 10X42. I love those things. I mostly went to Vortex because of there warranty.

I've always heard Swarovski's warranty was top-notch, not true?

The thing that I don't like about the Vortex warranty, is that it gets used far too often. I have seen too many Vortex failures to ever consider buying their products.

Agreed elkhunter , it's a sad thing for their big claim to fame being " the lifetime warranty". I don't own any but some friends do and seem to like them , I just don't want the hassle .

Well on the topic of binos. Iam stuck between the leopold bx5 10x42 or the ziess conquest 10x42. I have personally held the ziess a few times while using my buddies during a moose hunt. Any real world experience with the leopold bx 5 I have a old set of leopold Olympic 10x50 from back in the day but it is time to upgrade.
Merry xmas

[QUOTE=abhunter8;4771069]I saw that on Amazon as well, definitely a scam.

I considered Maven’s but the fact you have no where to try them before buying was a problem. /QUOTE]

Maven has (or had) a program where they would send you a demo pair with the option to buy them out after. I ended up buying a pair, and I love them. Blow Vortex out of the water.
