Default Summer plans

Afternoon all.. I am anxious to get out this summer and have a few weeks to be booked. I am plannig on dropping off my trailer and touring whatever area I go to on an adventure bike with my rod and essentials. Only problem is is that I am from Northern Ontario, working in Fort Mac, and only have a slight idea where to camp and fish. Not looking for holes but any suggestions of areas to start with would be great.
Thanks

anywhere along the Forestry Trunk Rd. would be my choice. Edson, Nordegg, Caroline areas are good places to camp and explore.

FTR is a great suggestion, the Grande Cache and Swan Hills areas are also good for that type of thing. Only a bit further from Ft Mac, the Chetwynd/ Tumbler Ridge area has good fishing and lots of backroads to explore.

there is a campground at Fallen Timber that might work for you - West of highway 22 and south of Sundre.
