BC residents definitely have to pay extra fees for classified waters though, that much I know, even if it is less or can be paid for annually. Someone correct me if I am wrong on that...

Yes sorry you are correct. THey pay a fee for the year but they are not subject to the buy the day you hope to go and the river is not blown out 6 months from now.

I went years ago. Water is beautiful with the colourful rocks.

Bull trout are large and colourful however they don’t really fight. More like pulling in a floppy heavy sock.

I was glad for the experience but would never pay $800 nor the effort to get in there again.

Would rather explore if I had the option.
