Default Parts interchange site?

Anyone know a site where you can cross reference a vehicle part? Looking for a rear diffy for my 91 Jimmy and would like to know what vehicle/year would fit. Getting crossed eyed looking on line. Any help is appreciated, thanks folks.

not exactly the answer to your question, but if you go to car-part.com you can look up the part you require, and the auto recyclers list what they have available and the site only shows you the ones that will fit. the recyclers will list the info from the vehicle they are wrecking, so you can get an idea from that data.

I usually call Pick-n-Pull. They have the parts interchange program running on their system. I just say "i need a mirror for '02 suburban, heated, folding, power adjustment, no turn signal lights" and they print for me (or can probably tell over the phone) all vehicles i can take it from.

Thanks for the tips guys, went to Pick and Pull this morning and they were nice enough to give me a list.
