Hi guys!
I'm really excited about finally being on this forum
So I live in Edmonton and I don't really know anyone that goes coyote hunting. I do want to go this season and I have my Mossy 100ATR ready for the field, alongside some scent control and attractants and 75gr varmint reloads but not a clue when to go, so the coyotes have nice fur and where to look for a good place to set up.
I want to stick to some crown land, rather than going knocking and bothering landowners; we have enough crown land in this beautiful province, I don't think it's necessary to bother anyone. Plus I work and trying to find contacts and look around for permission is way to time consuming.
I don't mind driving, but I'd like to keep it to a day trip, and what to look for in terms of terrain coyotes prefer.
Thanks guys, I tried looking at other threads here but there really isn't anything specific about that so I'll appreciate any advice.
Happy hunting!
