Default Which is it?

Bought my first bow 2 days ago and im going to be sighting in with broadheads soon (grims reaper 100gr mechanicals). I have people telling me to move my rest, nove the sight, move both to get my broadheads where they need to be and its getting pretty confusing. Im putting my 100gr field tips in 2 inch groups at the bullseye at 20 yards when i do my part and they hit straight on. Just want to go out confident that my broadheads will go where i want them to.

Shoot your broadheads first and see where they go before u move anything. Then if there off just move your sight to adjust for it, you shouldn't have to move your rest at all.

Odds are that the Grims will fly to the same point of impact as your field points. They are really forgiving that way. IMO you made a great choice for a mechanical.

Like Neil says....read carefully. What you want to do is move your rest until broadheads and field points, have the same point of impact. Once they do, then you adjust your sight. When your field points and broadheads, don't have the same POI, and you just move your sight for the broadheads, your bow is not optimally tuned. Every time you want to shoot field points, you have to play around with your sight. You'll be changing back and forth.
