Default Looking for some info on an old gun

Hey all, I'm looking for some info on an old gun its a 22 long rifle and the the only markings on are it says Rabbit 22 LR on it up by the reciever.. and thats it no ser# no nothing.. Just wondering if anybody would know who made it and stuff.. Or where I might beable to get a stock for it..Any body know any good custom stock builder around Edmonton...

Sounds like it may be a Cooey.Frequent the gun shows and some would for surely have one or know where to get one.

I believe you're gun would be a Cooey,, I owned one as a kid shot a pile of rabbits with that old gun,, Mine still had the Cooey name and ser# visible..
Although other manufacturers may have called their guns similar its hard to say,, but I would put my money on Cooey.

Without a picture, I wouldn't bet it's a Cooey. Manufacturers stamped all kinds of names on guns in the old days and serial numbers were the exception, rather than the rule.

try western gun parts in edmonton
or lock&load 425-4444 in edmonton
if they dont have it they can direct u to someone who does
