Ahhh this is considered trolling.

Mcdavid plays 76 games this year.
He fails to hit the 100 point mark.
9 players ahead of him in points.
Oilers make the playoffs.
Oilers out handily in the second round.
The same spectator will win the 50/50 twice this regular season.
Go oil!

I'm posting on the first page of this thread to avoid being accused of jumping on the bandwagon next June...

100%.
Only one that may fail is the amount of players ahead in points.

Bessie already placed a wager with me that Oilers would win the Cup, I think it was the day after Game 7. He's a true believer. To the victor go the spoils.

Jets look very good this year. Really like their chances tonight.

They win the division and cruise into the playoffs. They’ll be in tough in the first round as the WC teams play better hockey down the stretch. The second round should be better, they’ll play a pacific division opponent. The pacific is a soft division. I like the central division, with 4, possibly 5 teams getting in. Better goaltending in the central.

They’ll have to sell the farm to load up at the deadline, especially on the back end. Can’t see them getting any defence from the conference. They’ll have to buy from the east.

Lots of tough teams in the west, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Nashville, Colorado, Dallas.

I keep telling myself, the regular season means nothing. But as usual, the Oilers are not professional enough to be prepared for the staring line. But it is painful to watch them getting smoked by the jets.

I hope they realize that what happened to start last year, can happen again.

Who can the Oilers trade to get some scoring?

Is there nowhere to go on this forum where you aren't trolling somehow?
Why don't you go start a thread on the Canucks so you two can go enjoy yourselves in peace and quiet?

I agree 100%.
Someone needs to run around the dressing room slapping faces.
If last year taught us one thing though, it's that the first half of the season doesn't really matter to these guys.

Come on it’s a hockey chirp no more no less and I expect it back over and over.
I liked your chirp by the way.
A real zinger

and McJesus cost me in a slight set back in a few hockey pools for the record....who wouldn't take the greatest player to rack up points....thankfully it is just one game and us poolies got 81 left to hopefully make an impact.
