Watch out for abandoned nets this time of year, got hung up on one today.

Report it, drag it to shore so others don’t get caught up in this.
Have hauled up a few nets over the years, one at besnard lake amounted to a lot of lures as we dragged it up on land gagging, trying not to puke, but man it was loaded with lures.

I hear what you are saying too.
People assume who owns the net etc.
End of the day it was found, report it, remove it so others do not have issues getting snagged in it but more importantly nothing else gets stuck in it.
