If you call the 1-800 Support line they will mail you a prepaid shipping label.

This was the address on the shipping label they sent me, to return my scope last year.

Default no idea

I sent a scope to Ont and it was returned, then I was told there is no waranty dept in Canada anymore, this was in aug 2024.When you call the HR dept they will send you a prepaid shipping invoice. Its a head ache and im still waiting for my spotting scope 🤷*♂️The term you get what you pay for is echoing in my head lol

I had to ship a scope back to them in the US to get work done.

it was pretty easy call the number talk the person, they email you a shipping label. Send it to them, they fix it and return it.

I actually thought the service was great. I sent in a 30 year old 3\4 inch 3x9 22 scope, probbably cost 10 bucks then and the current Tascos cost 14, as it didn’t hold zero. Said they don't make those anymore, sent me a 1 inch 3x9 that is up there in their quality range that probably costs 4 or 500 dollars as the replacement for it. Was far more than I expected, a 3x9 banner would have been a big step up.

Default not somlucky

I was told the new limited lifetime waranty was only from 2002 or 2006,I have a spotting scope that is useless as they informed me it was too old for waranty. And to send the only bushnell scope i have ever purchased,it will have to go to the usa.I really dislike bushnel products 🤦*♂️
