Default Non Stop Action on Wamabun Lake!! | 25" WALLEYE and over 50 Fish!!!

Ben and I decided to combine forces yet again to bring you guys some non stop action on one of Albertas most popular lakes!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2P4-euGkHVs

Even though the conditions weren't exactly ideal for canoeing we managed to find a nice sheltered bay just filled to the brim with chunky Walleye and Skinny Pike!

This was by far my most productive day of fishing with over 50 fish landed over the course of Day 1 of our trip!

Including that gorgeous 25"er!!

This is only the first day of our trip so make sure to check back for Day 2!

Always a fun time when I get out on the water with you man.

Can't wait until next time!

Ice season is going to be wicked.

What's your favourite ice fishing lake?

I'm actually relatively inexperienced at ice fishing. I've only been for a few winters to pigeon, gull, and the lac la biche area when I was younger.

I can't wait to learn more and gain experience! Only way to get better and learn is to get out on the ice so maybe I'll see you out there one of these days :-)

Even if it's not official, I plan on filming my own version of 39 hours next year.

And maybe this winter as well..

That's awesome. I know the walleye get active a lot when the weather is a bit cooler at Lac Ste Anne. Sounds like a great time you guys had and the fish seem to be hungry.

I can't wait to get ice fishing this winter either. Going to be a good year.
