They fit nice but I just could not get over the screw in barrel. I have read some great reviews with them but I think there will be issues with removing the bolt

I find that they are hard to locate. So I wondered about the support for them. I bought the venture weather shield instead. Very very happy with that

I just bought one in 300 win mag a few months ago. I was not to sure of it at first but really like it now probably my favorite gun. For one the recoil pad and stock design make the 300 seem like a tame 30-06. My remington 7600 pump in 30-06 is a lot less pleasant to shoot. There is very little barrel jump as well. Second I like the low angle bolt throw. I found on some bolts like savage the bolt comes really close to the scope and I don't like that. The bolt works really smooth and after a little bit of practice getting the bolt out is really easy. Third thing is how accurate it is. I have a savage and that was my most accurate gun but this dimension is unreal. I never shot groups that touched as often as I can with this gun. My only complaint is the safety is fairly loud on my gun. Its not a huge deal and by moving it slowly its much better but I don't care for how loud it is and it doesn't seem the smoothest either. For the price and the way it shoots I feel like it was a great deal and would buy another.
