I wish you could get the 17WSM in something nicer then the BMAG. Looks like it does the trick though

I shot one in november with a 300WSM that went the same distance.....softball sized exit right in the boiler room.

tough buggers.

Shot one with a 270 wsm that bleed like that for about 4 ks in deep snow and never found it. Shot a 50 pounder the other day with a 17 hmr and it was dead in 20 feet..... Go figure.
