Fly shops, my dad just got into tying so I am sure a few will come from him, just bought a few from a importer that I am eager to try. Decent flies they seem like and for a good price $10 for a dozen. Wholesale sports had some earlier this year for $.50/fly. I bought a bunch of chronomids as most of the other flies seemed a bit on the cheap side. Would like to try the icky flies like you mentioned in your other post.

online for generic stuff that I can't be bothered to tie; Icky, Realflies, Streamflies. Specialty flies I tie myself...such as it is. I'm a pretty pee poor tier but they catch fish

from my vise, haven't bought a fly in 5+ years.

I've heard good things about Icky though, and if I were to buy some I'd probably go that route

Not much I can't tie, and I usually try to match bugs I bring home.

I usually buy mine at The Fish'n Hole, but that is mostly because their location is close to home for me.
