Started as fun preseason shoot among friends and clients. Teams of two with 2 throwers throwing 3 clays for 5 rounds. One clay is special brilliant so if hit hard releases colorfull explosion. Hitting it results in all birds broken being worth x3. Missing or just chip on brilliant reults in all broken counting as 1. Partnered with my son fresh back from manitoba who hasnt shot in over 5 years. Winning team was a 34 with us well back at 27. Fun time with great ribbing and occasional duck or goose raspberry. Winning team was colleen and neil who hosted their championship mug high for pictures. It looked a lot like an a & w mug. Pulled pork on bun for lunch with soft drinks ended the day.
