This is new
They (the Libs) have an ex PC running in Durham (Oshawa Ont.) in a by-election to replace Erin O'Toole. The riding has voted PC since 2004 but before that it was seen as a safe Liberal seat.
This is a new tactic for me. What are the libs tying to find out? How strong PP's apeal? Embarassing PP? winning the seat? I don't know. The result will not change anything in the house so the libs are up to something.
