It seems the smaller the space, the higher the birth rate.

Lots of room for all of them.

I get the comparison, Gaza is little.
Gaza with 2m people = 1970 ft2/person
AB with 4.3m = 69,965,418 ft2/person

I'll stay here

My house is 0.0275 acres, population 4. But no signs of an increase on the horizon.

Time to bring those stats down… Alberta can easily handle another million.

I think what he's getting at is, Alberta has the room to fit all that population, as far as square klm's go.
They can keep their population and overcrowding and I will take the Lake Superior of 82,000 sq km. I'm sure we can find a place to put it.

Default Population density

When we were raising chickens, there is a department of agriculture recommendation as to density. We found if there was too many chickens for the floor area, they began pecking holes in each other.

Our trapline has almost same size/shape as entire Gaza. It supports a total of 3 of us trappers, just the way we like it.

Drop the whole works into Great Slave Lake for us, and it wouldn't rise more than an inch! It's cold enough that we wouldn't have to look for survivors!
