IPSC Manitoba member's PAL and membership card used by scammers

Morning all. If anyone here knows IPSC Manitoba member Jeffrey Navidad, please let him know that images of his PAL and IPSC membership card are being used by online scammers. I've messaged IPSC Manitoba about this already.

And, they now have an image of my PAL (with some information covered). Not sure what I can do about that.

My RPAL was used by a scammer a few years ago I reported this to the RCMP filed a report, I had to reapply for a new RPAL at my expense. Never heard anything about my report again.
