Default Pulling bullets

After you pull bullets can you just reload the shells again or do you have to resize the neck. And if so can you do it with a full length re-sizer . I have some primed brass ready for the next step.

If I pull bullets I resize. It can be done with a fl die. Just back it out 3/4-1 turn from contact with the shell holder so it sizes just the neck. You will also need to remove the decapping pin.

If you remove the decamping pin, what expands the neck after you resize? Sounds like a recipe for massive neck tension.

Why not dig up old threads? Lots of valuable info without having to ask over and over again. People often get scolded here for not using the search function. Seems to me as though this cashier fellow found valuable info in an old thread. Kudos I would say.
