Hunting for Heroes

"We are a non-profit organization run by Canadian Army Veterans with the mission of finding and funding hunts for Veterans. We have all deployed multiple times on operations and suffer from PTSD, and other physical injuries. As part of our therapy we find hunting extremely therapeutic. Being with nature and hunting requires you to be in the moment and mindful of your surroundings. It has given us an opportunity for self discovery and a reaffirmation and validation of our skills as soldiers and provides us with a sense of purpose and a real meaning again".
