She absolutely needs to be scrutinized.

Mental or physical illness, or a prescription or illegal drug use,
there is something very off with her inability to sit or stand still,
and her ability to believe in an alternative reality.

From years of helping meth addicts, I see the same signs in her demeanor, her interactions with others, her walk, her eyes, her twitching while standing or sitting.

I suspect she is taking some type of meth.
Could be by prescription for a mental disorder.
Maybe she is bi-polar or is suffering from schizophrenia.
That would explain alot...

Or she could be following the old nazi tradition....

I watched my father suffer from Parkinson's the last 10 years of his life and know the signs very well. I really don't think that's it.
