Default Crawling Valley information

Hi,

Thinking about going to CV tomorrow and wondering if anyone has a recent report on the ice. Also wondering the best access to the lake? I saw a recent post that gave directions to access the North end of the lake, but I couldn’t follow them when looking at google. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as my wife is coming along and anything to make the experience better for her will result in more hard water adventures!

Thanks
Ralph

Ice was good last weekend people driving on it, we drove in at the campground was a slow day and bitter cold hard to keep your hole from freezing over.

We were out last weekend as well and accessed the lake from the campground boat launch.

We fished on the east side across from the launch. Very cold and windy day, action was also cold. We got two small walleye and a decent pike between two of us.
