Default Rental Hunting and Outfitting Gear

Putting out a feeler.

Curious about some feedback from the group about starting a Hunting and Outfitting Gear Rental company.

Wall Tents , high end optics, full camp packages, etc.

Whats are somethings you guys think would work? what about not work?

Any input would be great.

that's a major investment on the inventory you would need to carry. That's the first thing that comes to mind.

Need some good damage deposits. Tents and such would have to be set up before you sign off on their return.

For what you'd have to charge, guys could own the equipment.

Agreed. Your ROI would be waay too low otherwise.

I like the sounds of it. But how much to charge?

The secret would probably be in the insurance, both in what renters could buy and in what you have on the back end.

Huge investment for a very short rental season. Would be nice for the renter but not sure it would pay for you.
