Default I endorse donald trump / kamilla harris, or whoever pays me!!!

OK, I'm not an old washed up Actor,

OK, I am not a has been musician,

OK, I am not a one time hit Rapper wearing Gold Chains and sun glasses,

This business of Entertainment Endorsements is really sad.

These people think that they have some authority and credibility because one time they were something so that makes them credible on Politics?

SO if they can do it, I can do it.

Now, when do I get my fat endorsement cheque? Heck, I will even dance on stage at a Political Rally if you pay me enough...

This isn't just in politics, I am disappointed to see has been athletes and entertainers , that are appearing in tasteless TV commercials lately. People like Wayne Gretzky and Gary Sinese obviously shouldn't need the money, so why degrade themselves, in those low class advertisements?

Way back when Gretzky was in his prime the first time a reporter asked him a political question he replied “why are you asking me? I’m a hockey player!” He, and these other celebrities, have been out of the limelight too long and need another fix.

not surprising since politics itself is show business. it's a popularity contest with the winner bellying up to the grift table, and the financial system is a well disguised model of legalized racketeering. kind of like a tag team operation crafted to keep the sheep looking in the wrong direction, distracted and oblivious. now go back to your football/movie/porn.

As a society we have elevated them to the position where they think they’re important and have some level of credibility! Actors actresses athletes singers musicians etc… all think they’re special. Just look what happens to them when they get sideways with the law. You or I would get the book thrown at us, they get a pat on the bum a hug and told to not do it again. Pathetic!!

Yup, that's for sure.

And there's some endorsements that haven't aged well.

Sam Elliott endorsed Biden in the last election in a video where he states the closing line, "Vote for Joe".

He narrated more pro-Democrat videos as well: (pro-Democrat shorts).

I have to laugh that Snopes states that it's unclear that he directly endorsed Biden, in spite of the fact the only political ads he's participated in are for the Democrats.

He skates around the issue:

Quote:
Elliott did not explicitly endorse Biden's candidacy, in his own words, and his voiceover work for the Biden campaign and Lincoln Project cannot necessarily be conflated with personal support for the candidate, since Elliott is a professional actor.
Sorry, Sam. That distinctive voice is a brand. Just like a stamp of approval for Joe Biden. Just like it is for Dodge Rams.

Pretty tough to argue his convictions when he states something as stupid as "Be a man, and vote for a woman".
What a moron.

Kamala should take note... Be a woman, and vote for a man.

Default I wouldn’t want Democrat money, it’s dirty.

Isn’t it funny how a lot of the most recent A list Kamala endorsements have come from people connected to P Diddy?
Democrats must have the tapes.

There are some terrified folks out there, Epstein's list looms large.

Gretzky has been a role model for young boys and men for over 40 years. Totally disgusted that he's pushing online gambling. I thought he had at least some morals. Guess not. I'd like to kick him in the head repeatedly. What a piece of **** loser.

x2 I liked Gary Sinese as an actor.

How could he lower himself to be dressed as a potato for a commercial?

WTH?

Makes me wonder who owns them.

I'll bet there's more than a few actors with dirt on them.

That being said, I do like Gary, he does great work in support of veterans...

I admired Gretzky a lot as a hockey player and always thought that he had quite a bit of genuine "class"

It was a LONG time ago, but I have a memory of him leaving Edmonton and saying how very sorry he was to leave......he was practically crying........and then about 2 or 3 days later, he was in LA, grinning like the Chesire Cat and saying how happy he was to be there and play for this team........so, yah, it IS about the money..........I also think that when I see a liquor flyer and what look like very pricey products with his name on them..........

Well buddy to you 50,000,000 may be a lifetime amount of money the way you spend it. For the Hollywood celebrities- it’s a monthly budget….Everything is in comparison….

Goes on sale from time to time, and it's quite drinkable.

Maybe they thought Americans were as gullible as Canadians. The fact that the Turd is still in power proves that. Who really cares if someone like Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Oprah Winfrey etc endorses Harris. They obviously thought it would have an impact but the "common people" saw through the smoke screen. These people are so far from reality. The cost of food, gas, open borders etc doesn't affect these people in their ivory towers but it does to the average person who works for a living struggling to make ends meet. Until Taylor Swift starts paying your bills her endorsement means squat.

All the famous people are not shy to win $10 000, $50 000 or $100 000 a day if there is opportunity and somebody offers the payment. The money don't smell. If I remember correct the Roman emperor Daclecian said this. He was the first to start charge waste on citizens over 2000 years ago.

The Hollywood Halls of Power were shaken by this Election.

It was really REALLY FUNNY that Dick Van Dyke did a Political Endorsement of VP Harris.

Who is his demographic audience, People in their 90's to 100's??

Anyways, now we can focus on the real problem, the Liberal Party of Canada.

Johnny Depp, Evander Holyfield, and Mike Tyson have each squandered over $500 million.

Gretzky…..
“He shouldn’t promote gambling because it’s bad.” (the vast majority gamble for fun and have no problem)
“He shouldn’t promote beer because it’s bad” (the vast majority of people who enjoy beer are not alcoholics)
“He shouldn’t promote A@W because fast food bad” (it’s nice whipping up to a window when pressed for time and the majority of people are not obese……….yet. lol)
“He shouldn’t promote firearms because they kill innocent people and animals” ( the vast majority are responsible owners)

Can go on and on but ya’ll get the point…..
Kinda nice being able to have choices.
Makes me laugh when people snub noses at one thing that doesn’t appeal to them or affect them in any way yet have no problem doing something else of similar reprocussions.

That is the point. Come to think of it, majority of people criticising them will do it for way lesser amount if they have the same opportunity.
