Hold the barrel end securely (gun vise) ,tap the front site in the dove tail opposite the direction you want your point of aim to move . Use a small flat punch, preferabley brass so as not to marr the bluing.

Leo is right if you want to move the group to the left or right. If you want to move it up or down you need to buy a new front sight. A taller front sight will lower the point of impact and a shorter front sight will raise it.

For up and down on the front sight, it is easier to file it to make it shorter, but do this very slowly for obvious reasons, or add solder and black it, to add length. Most 94s had elevation adjustable rear sights so unless you ran out of adjustment this should not be necessay.

If you are adjusting it at the range for left right, just sit it on a blanket, have a buddy hold it tight and steady, and tap it with the brass drift and a small hammer.

I think most M94's are barelycorn front sights with a bead, are they not?

Good picture of a common 94 front sight, along with spot to buy different height sights. Don't know what Barlycorn is but they are real steel and most , but not all, had a bead. Newer ones were white, older ones were brass, really old ones were real gold.

Nope, not a barelycorn for sure!
the barelycorn front sight dean is a blade that slopes forward.
I must have been thinking of another rifle.
