Default archery off horseback

I was watching an archery show where the hunter ended up shooting from a kneeling position. Got me thinking about the difficult positions that you could practise drawing and releasing. Then I got to thinking about the old days when native americans supposedly would be at full gallop chasing a buffalo and shooting arrows at it. Anyone here ever get the chance to shoot from horseback, and have you ever shot while at cantor or gallop? I think it would be kinda neat seeing this kind of competition at say, a rodeo.
