do not have a definate location yet, but we will be hosting a 18 to 24 co-ed team tournament the weekend of august 13 and 14 2011. $350 entry fee, cash prizes (amount will depend on our location and team entrys). we are hoping to hold the tournament in Mulhurst alberta. just waiting to get confirmation of the rental. we will have a cabaret saturday night in the hall as well. plenty of camping room. email me at smashgear@live.com if you are interested. we ourselves are a low skill fun co-ed team, and hope to get more not-so-serious teams involved, but everyone is welcome.

we will be accepting the first 18 teams at $350/team. 7and3 format, 3 game guarentee, if we get the right location we can guarentee 4. but definately 3!! i will have the location nailed down by wed next week. either way, it will be a good time. we will have a cabaret, no matter the location as well as a beer gardens all day both saturday and sunday. self ump until the finals, then we will supply umpires. again, you can email me for more details or to register at smashgear@live.com

we have nailed down a date and location for the tournament. we ar hosting in Calmar Alberta! August 6 and 7, 2011. there are a few details to work out yet, but they are minor.
7 & 3 format,
Beer gardens saturday and sunday,
Cabaret saturday night in the scouts hall,
camping at the diamonds available,
those that need hotel, great deals at the days inn in leduc ($89/night),
$375 entry fee,
we are going to be registered with NSA for the tourny,
NSA prizes,
cash pay out for top 3 teams.

all the info above is correct except the cabaret will be held in leduc at the days inn with a live band and transportation supplied to the cabaret. the hotel will give great deals on rooms, $89 for a single queen room and $99 for a 2 queen room. cash prizes will be determined by the amount of prizes we receive and what our total overhead for the tourny will be. the camping is still available at the diamonds with no hook ups and there will be a beer gardens at the diamonds both days. getting quite a bit of interest already and some spots are already filled, so hurry before they are all filled.
