Default Very happy new trapper!

So I just took and passed the trapping course with the ATA !had a great time with lots of great info from the material and the instructors who were absolutely great! Thank you AJ and Greg ! I've been reading lots and wanting to do this for a bunch of years and the opportunity came up so I jumped on it ! Gonna do the resident thing for a year or two while looking for an RFMA opportunity! Lots o work to do in a short time , but should be ready to roll ASAP ! There's lots of yotes around my place that need a Thinning out ! The start of my next great adventure begins !

Congrats. Good to hear that you the course. Resident trapping is just as rewarding as a long line. Happy trapping trails.

Hey I just finished my trapping course with Greg and AJ as well!!! You wouldn't happen to have been in the Bonnyville course I also will get my start as a residential trapper and pick up on a few tricks from my dad (he hasn't trapped in years so hopefully he remembers a thing or two ).
