Default Interesting short video of a seal (underwater footage)

I had recently invested in a new property in sooke. So i headed to the local pier. I dropped a crab trap twice. I soaked it for an hour the first time and pulled it up. No crab inside.

Tried dropping it in again for 7 minutes brought it up and I caught nothing. Brought the footage home to watch it. Both times a seal flipped my trap upside down.

cute little fella but what a menace. gonna start mounting the bait on the top so he doesn't flip it upside down.

Whoa! That seal was on it before it even hit the seabed!

Pretty sure it wasn't his first rodeo...

Little buggers get into everything, thieves of the ocean.

Now get out and give us some yak fishing vids.

When I lived in Sooke and cleaned our fish at the dock the seals were always right there. You would throw the guts over and the younger ones would eat them up. when you threw a head in the big old brutes would knock the smaller ones away so they could have them.
