Oh please. You know what is going to be coming. what the heck, I'll start the inevitable.

I will call some friends who were on Whyte Ave last night and find out for you.

I've been trying my best to get one out of the cypress hills area but no luck so far. Been trying to call one in with a predator call. There are sure no deer around. Seen some elk but not much at all for anything else. I'll keep trying, sure would be cool to get one with a call.

I'd be surprised if they kill more then 5 in the whole province with the new boot season but having the season is a great idea...I knew a guy down in the states who killed a lion 3 years in a row without using dogs... Him and his buddies would sit in his backyard with a spotting scope and watch a huge cliff face, when they spotted a lion it was a steep steep hike and a long shot of about 700 yards but he made it happen 3 times and one of his friends got one doing the same thing... I wasnt ever thrilled about them doing it we chased the cats in the same area and all they ever shot was females but i have to admit it was pretty impressive..
