OK, devil's advocate here. After a war of grammar policing, I find it ironic/amusing that your response refers to an "apostrophe" as a "hyphen". You also used apostrophes in your quotation of the word "plate" instead of quotation marks. Now, lets hope that I made no such mistakes in my response. Carry on.
