New York strip steak, fried in pan, olive oil, fresh garlic, rosemary and butter seared on both sides, sweet potato and dads home made red wine.

I'm hangin with the Captains tonight. First Highliner, then Morgan and then to finish off a great supper Black then arm wrestling Morgan some more. Usually whoops my ace. Hahaha

Fish soup -Basa, clams, pollock, shrimp. a could cups of white wine , 'taters , onion,garlic and some spices!
I guess technically it's actually a fish stew!

Moose rst done in a Bradley for 1.5hr at 250F,,,wife thought it had too much smoke taste....going to make dam good buns for work!!!

Pheasant. Going to try Emeril Lagasse's recipe with a Medeira/chicken stock sauce. And wine. Wine and stock home made.

I just had an amazing feed of Venison Hot Italian Sausage sourced from the creative kitchen of Au Revoir Gopher pan seared with some sliced Havarti and some toasted cheese bread.

started with a home made lobster bisque soup, from the lobsters we made last night and than to buy a couple more to place in the soup...amazing




our main meal was fried onion and Gnocchi.



and not sure why picture did not turn out but is was Buckwheat sauage..
