3/4 oz.12 gauge # 8's n 9"s, low recoil, low velocity, but cheap to make, and break targets just fine, when the firearm operator center's the target!!! Using up old components.

Started tearing the bench down. Still have to load some 7-08 and some 6.5CM to keep me going til I get it set back up in a new place. Packed everything I didn't need today. I intend to get ladder rounds done for them both sometime in the next week, 140gr w/RL16, H4350, Varget for 7-08, 130gr for 6.5 with same powders, F210gm on all. Then I'll have something to shoot for a bit.

Worked on converting 7.62 x 39 brass into 401 winchester cases.

I motorized my RCBS trickler. Turns the tube about 15 rpm. Can change pulleys for faster or slower. Motor 12 volt 10 rpm from China about $2 Momentary push button switch $1 Had the 12 volt adapter and printed the gears. Uses a rubber band for belt. Looks like it will work.

50 rounds of 6mmBR for the AO rifle and 50 for my own 6MMBR - trying H4895 to see how it works in them.
50 rounds for my 308 M70 prone rifle
did some more blocking on the AO rifle , closed off a gap underneath the bolt, started reshaping the stock where the tang sits, and built a loading ramp in the action floor for it.
Tomorrow we shoot!

Yesterday I primed 63 .243 brass for my new long range load, probably gonna go load them right now. Last days off I had steel out to 600m and hit every plate size with just using the H59 reticle. That .243 likes Hornady Eld m 108’s.

I also removed primers, trimmed case length, and chamfered close to 200 pieces of Hornady brass. Just gonna sonic clean them this morning and let them dry while I go back to work for 11 days.

Loaded test ammo last night for a friend's Bergara so I can work up a load today, cleaned the .223 and 308 and loaded a bunch of 168's to see if I can replicate today what I did at 1K last week!

I needed to move my AutoTrickler away from my AMP annealer. The 2 very large magnets inside the annealer were causing havoc for the lab grade scale. They were also interfering with the Bluetooth signal to the AutoTrickler.

I note your swing-arm magnifier light in your posts #271 & 343.

I suspect your lamp has a circular fluorescent surrounding the magnifier, which would give better illumination for the magnifier than my single rear mounted bulb.

I have several similar lights and many more steel mounts permanently fixed around all the work areas of my shop.
The original 60W incandescent bulb (100W was too hot for plastic housing,) has been replaced with much cooler LED.
I would prefer better quality swing-arm lights with LEDs around the magnifier, (source for purchase will be appreciated).

Many report electronic scale interference from florescent lights, and I have experienced severe interference starting my small (possibly brush-less) air compressor, immediately after replacing several 4' T12 fluorescent ceiling tubes with direct wire (no ballast) 4' T8 LED tubes, when running off the same circuit and switch.

You may experience similar interference of your electronic scale & Bluetooth system from other loads on shared power circuits.
I have not noticed any interference with my FX120i, running on a circuit with no fluorescents or LEDs.
A dedicated circuit, and/or a serious power conditioner (or UPS uninterruptible power supply) may be helpful.

Yeah, I understand. That lamp is an LED. Doesn't seem to bother the AutoTrickler. I have isolated that on a separate circuit with a line conditioner. The sine wave is pretty stable now.

I can't remember where I got that lamp. It might have been Madhill ..?

I set up my new ultrasonic cleaner. I was going to buy one from Cablelas or Bass pro but they are pretty expensive.

My wife worked in the medical field and she suggested I get one like they use.

Not gonna lie I have a huge case of Scale / Dispenser envy

Working on some test loads for my 22-250's. RWS brass, trimmed, full length resized, primer pocket squaring, de burred flash holes, Neck turned a few (5 out of 40) but not overly happy with the results so gonna try something different.

Will load tomorrow with 36 gr. Barnes Varmint Grenades' and TAC powder. should hit 4000 fps. pretty easy I think.

Made it to the range today bit windy.. ~50K + but the Factory Winchester heavy varmint LOVED the first load of 34.5 grs of TAC powder with a Fed 210M primers.
If I did my math right I got a .26725" five shot group at a 100yds. Not bad for a factory rifle.
As pressures and powder went up, groups fell off pretty quick. Not sure how fast they will run, another 30 loads or so just to make sure it was not just a fluke and the wind blew me on target, but so far so good.

Pulled a redundant 550B off my bench, finally sold it .
Other than that, started on a 200 lot of 6.5 Creedmoor brass after doing the load work up .

My good friend gave me his RCBS case trimmer about 4 years ago since he hasn’t used it since he sold his 300 Rum. I never used it until I needed to trim some 7mm SAUM and 300 SAUM brass. I use the drill and the individual case trimmers lee has for all the other calibres. So I dusted off the RCBS trimmer, after I found it behind all my brass. I bought a bunch of pilots and shell holders for it, and today I made a stand for it. The stand let’s me clamp it in a vice and I put two dowels on it so it stands on its own for storing, even cut in a dato to hold the shell holders. Here’s some pictures.

I found a clamp on Tensor magnifying L.E.D. at Staples last week. Wasn’t cheap at $80.00, but it sure is nice to work with.

My bench is now in storage, but, I did get test rds for a 7RM done, 100rds of 218Bee, 100 of 223 Rem, 100 test rds for the 6.5cm, 95 test rds for the #1 in 7-08, have about 60 hunting rounds for the 700 in 7-08, 80 or so for the 300H&H and 100 or so for the 30R, plus more test loads for the 30R.
Out of this house on the 14th, may have new place lined up for about end of month, find out in AM for sure, have some others as backups to this bid, so,......we shall see where I wind up, I was looking in Hanna today, Sedgewick and Lougheed on Tues. Don't really think reloading bench will be reassembled til sometime late next month at best.
