Gopher Hunting around Edmonton

Hey guys and gals.

New to this site and this is my first forum thread post or whatever you want to call it. I am newer to the Edmonton area and enjoy hunting gophers. I am from southern Alberta and know a lot of farmers down there that let me use their land however it is over five hours away. I don't mind driving an hour or so but five is a little ridiculous

Just wondering if there are any farmers out there that are tired of shooting them? I am a responsible shooter and have lots of training with firearms. I also will supply my own ammunition obviously.
