That's all fine.
I just received permission on four large ranches from landowners that prefer a phone call vs. in person meets.
All four refused my offer of the information you would like.
I enjoy meeting the landowners before and after hunting, but many just don't want to do this. I'll go with the flow.
BTW, demanding ALL of this information as a condition of access to a provincial grazing lease may be going against the regulation.
