Default Out of province

My BIL came out with the family for camping and thanksgiving in the bush. He came out hunting with us daily. He is a big game hunter in Saskatchewan but has never hunted elk. My son ended up dumping his bull moose. How do i go about having him hunt elk with me next year is that the hunter host program i hear about.

Page 18 of the regulations, should have all the info you need. If elk is not a draw then it should be straight forward.

Absolutely not.

Each province has their own regulations, requirements and process.
