I know someone who works at a window/door place... I ask about ball park costs on custom sized doors... he said that for a custom door the price of the door slab doubles, and the lead time goes out to 6-8 weeks. The exception being if it is a standard width they might be able to cut down a standard door to a custom height.
Might be cheaper to re-frame the door???
