Default Bow river

Will be in Calgary Sun and Mon. Hoping to get a couple of hours of walking the bow. What's the best for this time of the year: San juan, bh nymphs etc? I assume near bottom.
Depending on plans made it might be morning, before noon, fishing

Not 100% this time of year but in the spring summer I like early morning.

Park at the last deerfoot bridge that goes over the bow and walk down stream from there.

Was down there about 3 weeks ago, couple of white fish and a rainbow on small midge nymphs, a bit odd but it seems they were either down deep or rising, thankful for the ever present midge, even had a good hit swinging a black bugger
