Corned 3 decent sizes briskets last week, gonna pull them out of the brine and cook a couple for Sunday dinner. Happy Irish.

Toasted fresh Italian Panini buns with lots of thin sliced leftover ribeye, melted Monterey Jack cheese, caramelized onions, and your choice of condiment. MMMMMMMM.
