Nobody does anything to help focus on mental health which is the biggest problem in the world. The system is built up to make it tough to even exist these days so people cope however they can. They’ll spend billions to take your register guns for a political show but won’t help the 700 a month that die from substance abuse every month here. It’s sickening.

Always thought she had the smoking hot look. Growing up in the Kings shadow and living through his early exit must have been a wild journey. In the back of my mind I wonder if we will find out drugs had something to do with the heart attack. Sad that she goes so young and leaves 4 kids behind. Must have been a great reunion with her pops up in the heavens.

That right there my friends. Sad but true. Substance abuse comes in all forms and so do mental health struggles. Don’t turn a blind eye to someone battling either of them. And take the time to acknowledge your own state if that person is you. Lots of times people don’t even see it in themselves. They think the amount they tip the bottle is normal or that it’s normal to feel negative or numb all the time. It’s not. Help those around you when you can and if others are making comments to you about over using substances or your mental status - do some reflection - they obviously love you a lot and maybe they aren’t the only ones seeing that you have struggles that maybe you haven’t even admitted to yourself. Problem is that it’s easier to talk behind a persons back about it as opposed to talking to them and helping. Not enough money going to where it’s needed.
