FYI......Making sense of FHA Letter and Number codes.

Dave thanks for posting clarification. However would it not have been simpler just to use; DK, BR,LB, and P.

That chart should probably be included in with "Grading Terminology" on FHA's website. I just happened to stumble upon it.

Like anything new it takes a little getting used to. I kind of like FHA's grading system better than NAFA's now that I understand it better. I especially like that in the catalogue they identify the II's with Good, Average, Poor and Early. With NAFA that info was hidden from Trappers in the online catalogue.
