Default BSA martini 13 in 22 long rifle

is this one of those models that ejects the spent case over your shoulder?

or am I thinking of another falling block?

I have a martini .220 / .22 LR it is of a falling block type action, it ejects the spent cartridge out, quite often I have to tip the rifle to the side, or pick the spent cartridge rom the loading ramp section of the falling block. Im sure of I was more authoritative with cycling the lever, it might throw the empty cartridge farther perhaps. But seeing that the rifle is very old, don't want to be to hard on it, although Im sure it would not do any harm.
